add ons
every extra character is an additional 50% of the base price (rounded up)
one to two colors can be added to sketches and lineart for free
simple objects and nondescript background elements are free
complicated or highly detailed objects and backgrounds will come with an additional cost to be discussed
extra info
if there are specific pieces of mine in a style you prefer just show me an example and I'll happily meet it
any character or ship is allowed (references for unfamiliar characters would be appreciated)
original characters are allowed and references are required (your own drawings, previous commissions, actor face claims etc)
if you have a specific pose, expression, outfit, color palette, or background in mind those would also be appreciated
more sensitive topics are allowed but with discussion (nsfw, gore, etc)
furry and mech can be discussed if you don't mind working with a noob
payment and terms
pricing: the above prices are the starting point and are not final. pricing is subject to change to meet your needs and budget.
payment: a minimum of 50% of the agreed upon total is required up front as a deposit before I begin working. the final piece won't be delivered until the price is paid in full. payments will be through paypal (paypal.me/yourstrangebird) or ko-fi (ko-fi.com/yourstrangebird). additionally I can send you an invoice through paypal if you wish.
refunds: your deposit of 50% is non refundable after work has begun. if something changes in your situation or you're not satisfied with how the piece is progressing work will stop and there will be no further charges. if the final piece has been delivered there are no refunds.
your permissions: commissions are for personal use only. printing at your own cost for your own home is allowed. you do not have the right of resale or merchandising. you have the right to ask for your commission to remain private.
my permissions: I retain the right to post your commission to my personal website and social media's for archiving and advertisement or for sale in my print shop unless you ask otherwise.

I'm most responsive through discord (astrangebird) but I'm available through all of my socials or email, whatever is easiest for you. you'll receive regular updates at major stages of your commission and the final file(s) through the platform of your choice.
